DESCRIPTION
SAN GIMIGNANO ROOMS
Our Rosa, Viola, Ginestra and Menta rooms are situated on the ground floor, facing the garden and offering an astonishing view over the estate’s vineyards and olive-groves. They have been recently renovated and are furnished in the typical age-old Tuscan style. Outside the entrance door they have table and chairs at guests’disposal for relaxing in the open air. Every room is equipped with a double bedroom, two bedside tables, a cupboard, a writing table with built-in fridge, a hot drinks corner with kettle, glasses and cups, herbal teas and sugar, satellite Tv set and a private bathroom with shower.
APARTMENTS IN SAN GIMIGNANO
Eight apartments furnished in the typical Tuscan countryside style, with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living-room offer travellers a comfortable and relaxing ambience.
The apartments are spacious and fully equipped. All apartments offer a panoramic view, some of them over San Gimignano, the others on the estate’s vineyards.
OLIVO APARTMENT (4 people)
This unit is situated on the ground floor, facing the garden and overlooking San Gimignano’s medieval towers. It is composed by a huge living-dining room with vaulted ceiling, a small kitchen, a double bedroom (access also from the garden, table and chairs at disposal) with bathroom and a second bedroom with twin beds (facing a tiny, internal courtyard) with bathroom. All the bathrooms have shower. The interior design is in the typical age-old countryside style.
LECCIO APARTMENT (4 people)
This unit is situated on the first floor, and from here one can relish a magnificent overview of the estate’s vineyards and swimming-pool. At the entrance a few steps lead to a large kitchen/sitting-room with fire-place. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a second bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with tube and shower. It is furnished in the Tuscan typical age-old style.
PINO APARTMENT (4 people)
This unit is situated on the ground floor, facing the garden, and has a beautiful view over the estate’s vineyard and olive-groves. It consists of a kitchen/living-room with sofa, a double bedroom with access to the garden, a second bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. It is furnished in the typical style of the Tuscan countryside.
CIPRESSO APARTMENT (4 people)
It is situated on the ground floor, facing the garden, and has a beautiful view over the estate’s vineyards and olive-groves. It consists of a large kitchen/living-room with sofa-bed, a double bedroom (with access to a tiny internal courtyard), a second bedroom with twin beds with access to the garden, a bathroom with shower. By the entrance door there are table and chairs to eat outside. This unit has a few internal steps leading to the bedrooms. The interior design is in the typical age-old style in Tuscany.
ALLORO APARTMENT (4 people)
This unit is situated on the first floor above the reception office. One can relish from here a magnificent overview of San Gimignano’s medieval towers. It is composed by a large kitchen/living-room, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. Furnishings are in the age-old Tuscan style.
MIMOSA TWO-ROOMED APARTMENT (2 people)
This unit is situated on the ground floor, facing the garden and the estate’s vineyards and olive-groves. It consists of a small living-room equipped with a hot drinks corner with kettle and cups, a microwave and fridge, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has been renovated at the beginning of 2008. It is furnished in the typical age-old Tuscan style.
CASTAGNO APARTMENT (two people)
It is situated on the first floor, its windows facing the estate’s vineyards and olive-groves. It is composed by a kitchen/living-room with sofa-bed, a double bedroom and a bathrom with shower. It is furnished in the typical age-old Tuscan style.
