Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG produced by Organic Farming the scenic
of the City of San Gimignano from the Sangiovese grape. Deep ruby
in color, the palate has soft tannins and a wrap flavor, with a
lingering aftertaste. Among the ideal combinations are indicated
grilled red meats grilled, boiled, soups, meats and cheeses.

Pliocene origin, medium texture, widespread clayey soil, framework present
Gguyot and spur-pruned vines with 6-8 buds. Density 5,000 vines per hectare, yield no superior to 75 (quintal) grapes per hectare, green pruning.
The grapes are vinificated at a controlled temperature between 25/28°c in stainless steel tanks. Soaking for 12/15 days by means of punching down (follature) lid.
Ageing and Refining
The wine is transferred into oak barrels of various capacity for a period of 4 months
